Poor service

Hi<br> <br> I have recently send my car to Brackenfell Pitstop for shocks & brake fitment.<br> Problem is when I have arrived at the branch I had rear brakes and handbrake, after the fitment of the new brakes and shocks I discovered I had no rear brakes anymore. I took the car back the following day which the manager told me no the handbrake cable is stretched which is ****, newly one is fitted 3 weeks ago.I told him that it is impossible as I bought it my self at the agents and got it fitted by a RMI qualified mechanic.<br> I have spend 8 hours the day the car went in.<br> I have taken foto's and videos of how an unqualified person was working on my brakes.<br> They charged me just for labour for fitting brakes of R720, and this with my own supp**** front and rear brakes which was bought at Goeie Hoop Onderdele.<br> <br> This morning I phoned Woodstock head office for a quote on a mazda midge for fitting front and rear brakes which Wynand gave a price of R580, part supp**** by me.<br> <br> The front disc and rear drums are brand new.Also bought at Goeie Hoop Onderdele.Just a note only the front pads and rear brake shoes was fitted.Aswell as the four shocks.<br> <br> The guy that worked on my ca
