bought and ordered a jonway activa scooter but ins

Last year 2014 we ordered and paid cash for a jonway activa scooter the new shape. We even asked the salesman to chevk the colour on the website so we can compare for the helmet colour and we did so with him<br> When we got a call that the scooter arrived at pitstop we went there only to se that it was the wrong bike a gomoto scooter. Dwaune the salesman then phoned head office but they said oh sorry no stock. They cant help you is all that they said. We took the bike and up untill now we still have not received the papers for the bike to do registration. And its been almost 5 months. We went to pitstop and they said they can not look for the papers they are busy. So we emailed the vin number but still no reply. I mean really after everything and we have to ne happy woth the wrong bike and wrong colour and not being able to register it for our daughter seing that its was her birthday present last year ovtober....and still nothing
