worst experience of my life

I bought from Pitch Invader for the first time in December 2023 (Pitch 1428) to my dismay 1 of the 3 football shirts was incorrectly sized, despite the label showing Large. I reported this and was ignored. I bought another 3 football shirts in January 2024 (Pitch1440) and to date, 1 of those 3 still haven't arrived...3mths later. Still I bought another 6 football shirts in March 2024 (Pitch1521). Only 5 arrived, still excluding the January one too. The Medium I got my dad for his birthday is bigger then a Medium should be, just like 1 of the 3 from January were smaller than a Large should be. Ontop of this, 1 today's football shirts came with the wrong name and number print on the back, the player from the now missing shirt - meaning I would have 2 away jerseys and no third kit jerseys...if the missing one ever even arrives

I have reported this to the owner, and just Luke with the first sizing issue in January...I am being ignored.
