Kit parts received different from that advertised on website - no proper response or apology

Good day

I ordered electronic parts from Pishop on 25 June and it was delivered on 27 June. Some parts were missing and others the wrong quantity. Please see below the e-mail that I sent to Pishop and their response.

I have ordered a small plastic box of 375 leds from them in the past as well and when I received it, part of the box was cracked. I don't think I will support them again.

I just received my ordered parts via the courier late this afternoon.

I ordered the 100pcs 8 Values Assorted Diode Kit together with two other items.

From your website this is what the kit includes: 25 x 1N4148 Diodes 25 x 1N4007 Diodes 10 x 1N5819 Diodes 10 x 1N5399 Diodes 10 x FR107 Diodes 10 x FR207 Diodes 5 x 1N5408 Diodes 5 x 1N5822 Diodes

This is what I received: 25 x 1N4148 Diodes 0 x 1N4007 Diodes - should be 25 10 x 1N5819 Diodes 10 x 1N5399 Diodes 20 x FR107 Diodes ( 2 packets of 10) - should be 10 10 x FR207 Diodes 5 x 1N5408 Diodes 5 x 1N5822 Diodes

So in total I received 85 diodes instead of 100.

I would like to receive feedback with regards to this error. Surely this could have been avoided.
