Poor customer service

<p>I had purchased 2 brand new Pirelli tyres in Durban, Chatsworth. The next morning on my way to work, I had a blow out at 120km/hr with the brand new Pirelli tyre, only the walls was left on my rim, the whole center piece torn out from the tyre. Pirelli rejected my claim without even looking at the tyre which is in 3 pieces " 2 walls and the center piece" at the tyre dealer, were it was purchased. Im a very unhappy customer.</p>
