Pirelli Tyres - Unprofessional

So I spent a fortune on Pirelli Tyres - Run Flats, the front wheels started giving me issues as though they where not balanced so I took the car back to Tiger Wheel in Greenstone who tried in vain to balance them but to no avail, they did try help and recommend I take the rims to get checked, so I went to Re-Nu a mag and they checked the rims and found them to be 100%. Then My next mission was to get hold of Pirelli - I asked Tiger wheel to get the Rep to get hold of me (4 months later not a single call) I also tried to call and contact online (https://www.pirelli.com/tyres/en-za/contact-us) well forget either, they dont answer their phone and they do not answer emails, it dont matter whether it is online or via Outlook. So in closing please dont use their products anymore as they do not try help their supporters, rather go to Michelin or Goodyear. and a Mention the both Tiger wheel & Tyre and Re-NU a mag tried to help and where professional unlike Pirelli.
