Pirelli Tyres took responsibility where Audi wouldn't.

Pirelli didn't have the tyres in South Africa for my Audi Q7 when I damaged my front passenger tyre. I was forced to change all four tyres as I could not match the original tyres. Pirelli covered the costs of 3 new Good Year tyres and I only had to pay for the damaged tyre.

That is brand excellence.
