PIRELLI TYRES CHEATED ME

I purchased 4 X Run-Flat Pirelli Tyres from Club Motors Fountains in 2014. This year one tyre was flat while I was driving on N1 Highway and I immediately stopped and realizing my tyre was flat I contacted BMW On Call, who advised that I drive to the nearest filling station because my run flat tyre can still do about 80Kms when flat, I did so (about 10Kms) and when I arrived the attendant checked my tyre to realised that it was completely damaged beyond repair. I called ON CALL for assistance with a spare wheel and the came in about 40 minutes. I lodged a complaint with BMW because my tryre was still in a good condition and I questioned the quality of that specific tryre. BMW referred the Tyre to Perelli who sent their Technical person (Pradesh Pillay) for inspection. Pradesh argues that it was damaged due to normal wear and tear although it is evident that the tyre still had a long way to drive looking at trends. He doesn`t care whether it still looks good and he is always giving empty promises saying he will get back to me. I feel cheated because I paid for the tyre but I cannot use all of its lifespan. He denies me an opportunity to meet the Managing Director (David Rarm)
