Pirelli Tyres

Please assist me with this situation. I bought 4 (four) tyres of Pirelli at Malas on the 30th April 2025 and now after 4 months, I am experiencing a deformed tyre (rear left wheel). I took it to Malas last week Thursday, 31th July 2025 and Malas personnel inspected the tyre and said the tyre is deformed because of a factory fault. However, an Inspector from Pirelli tyres Maxwell Office Park +*** will come to inspect the tyre. Well indeed, the inspector from Perilli came to inspect the tyre (Emmanuel Mbedzi +***) and he claims that the tyre was deformed because of a pothole. I did not hit the pothole. Please help me get a new tyre +***
