Don't use Parelli Tyres
I bought Parelli Tyres for my Audi Q 3 as they where Audi Approved. After only about 7000km with these tyres I started getting problems with low pressure. Puncture repairs where done but this happened often. When the repair guy took a closer look it appeared to be due to splits in the tyres which almost looked like they where perished. On further inspection it was established that there were various slow leaks and the tyres needed replacing which I did. After a few weeks the other tyres showed the same issues and I contacted the quality control person at Parelli. He was at first very interested but asked if the tyres where in guarantee which they were. When I pushed for more assistance he asked if I travel on dirt roads( which most of us do in SA) I told him I live on a dirt road. 2km off tar and I travel at the most 3 times a week which makes it 12km per week. He said they can't help me as I travel on a dirt road and the tyres are not designed to go on dirt roads. Since then I have changed to another make. Wasted R15000 plus on 6 Parelli tyres with no help from them. The last two tyres have just been taken off and these were even worse they were bubbling and separating in only 5000km. I haven't bothered to contact Parelli but will never use them again and I will make sure everyone I meet knows my experience of being brushed off even though it's clear there was a fault with these tyres. I want to warn people not to buy Parelli tyres as they are so unhelpful and brush you off with excuses even though tyres are substandard. Would love to know if others have had same issues as me
