Bad Service/Customer Service at Pirates Creek, Gardent Route, Western Cape!

Pirates Creek gave us the worst service and we did not feel like we were on holiday! in fact we had incurred additional costs as we needed to seek alternative accommodation for the duration of our stay!! Facilities were not up to scratch... I will not recommend anyone go there, especially not in winter.
