Pirate's battery left me feeling flat

I purchased a really expensive battery from this enterprise for my 2016 Honda CR-V.

The battery lasted two months and Pirate Motor Spares would not honour the warranty, saying that my alternator was faulty and had cooked the battery.

I went to Global Batteries in Alberton. Everything was tested and it sold me a Novax battery for less than 50% of what I had paid Pirate Motos Spares.

Now, more than one year later, the Novax battery is giving no problems whatsoever.

I resent the dismissive attitude of the management of Pirate Motos Spares and feel that I have been fleeced.
