Bad service from Piranha Pools (Hartbee****rt)

Paid Piranha Pools to put in new pump and to do some small alterations. The pump was installed but the alterations have not been done despite constant reminders to the company for the last 2 weeks. Piranha Pools makes promises but do not deliver the service. No invoice has been supp**** for the pump and alterations.
