Pipeline plumbers making more leaks than before
This business came well recommended from a friend, however it seems I happen to be the one who has had to deal with some incredibly bad plumbing work. In fact I still have not even had a call to apologise for the damage that has been caused to my apartment and the one below.
My pregnant wife and I are about to have baby and recently completed on a renovation at our property. Our original 100 year old floors have been resanded and prepared, new kitchen and several other things.
Unfortunately when it came to teh plumbing, the plumbing team did not check their connections and we had a leak which has ruined our new kitchen floors and leaked through to the downstairs flat. I have subsequently replaced their fridge and brought this to Pipeline Plumbers attention on the 25th March 2018.
Since then, I have not had a call to apologise, I have had to follow up with his insurance company, no assessment has been made as yet by his insurance, and they have sent me to get quotes, all the while my pregnant wife of 38 weeks is trying to prepare for our new arrival.
The downstairs tenant has now moved out and the flat is empty too, which is costing the managing agents money now.
The cost for repair is closer to 15k, but unfortunately I don't have the money to pay, and the plumbing owner Trevor Button is completely unphased by the situation.
We have requested his assistance with the matter, and he just passes us onto his insurance, whom tell us to wait.
What to do now? I have a new born and this is going to become a health issue!
