Pionier Hoërskool/ highschool an absolute "no go"

Pionier highschool shows declining academics, complete disregard to cases of bullying and no attempt to improve its current disturbing image marked by the surrounding ******* and damaged roads. It's one of those high schools where the school board members are most of the parents whose children get "chosen" for leadership positions by discreetly sponsoring stuff to the school.
