Carl Ivins took the money but did not finish his job

Carl Ivins is the boss of Pioneer Painting Pty ltd and is joining now Phoenix Renovations Pty ltd. From the moment I transferred the final money: - he didn't answer calls anymore and complained that I sent him messages outside of working hours. If he answered then there were only new empty promises - he pretended to be sick - he found always new excuses why he couldn't fulfill the contract - he didn't finish the job e.g: - Instead of renewing the whole roof he just put new sheets on the new roof of the extension, left the old roof like it was and didn't even waterproof it correctly. he charged for the whole roof! - he didn't remove the rubble - he didn't paint the walls - worst of all he didn't hand over the papers and certificates etc... - I had to do the whole electricity again!! -useless to say that he didn't pay attention to the snagging list!! Don't take me wrong there was not everything bad but I made the mistake that I transferred the money before he completely finished the job! Through his behaviour I had considerable costs, since I have taken care of the completion myself, because otherwise I would have suffered an additional economic damage! Unfortunately it turned out that he is a guy full of empty promises and basically he is a big **** and betrayed us big time! Again I want to emphasise that I did not have any working relationship with Phoenix renovation! So this review is only to show my horrible experience with Carl Ivins!
