Pioneer Metering/Voltex not sending statements

Not sure if this is the same company as Voltex. But they are not responding to my requests for statements. I've been asking them to show me statements on my prepaid meters registered with them, to show how much was bought and how they get to the final calculation of them refunding me but they are not answering me back. I've sent them a couple of emails with no luck. The email address I've been using is ***.
