Pioneer Metering Outstanding Service.

We recently installed prepaid meters registered them with Pioneer.

The meters were registered without hassle. To date every query or question we had, has been attended to immediately by Pioneer Metering.

Emails are responded to promptly and everything is explained well. This is a company that takes customer satisfaction seriously.

I wish to commend LERATO NGUBENI from Customer Support as we have been dealing with her. She is pleasant and does not mind us asking question if we are unsure. Even if the question might sound ridiculous, she does her best to answer and get feedback.

She is one that treats us very well. And even calls us if something can't be explained on the phone.
