Disappointing Service

The charges are absolutely ridiculous. A fixed R800 sanitation fee, management fee, 7.5% transaction fee when you load electricity and even the water has a “fixed” rate of R65.08 even though they claim that the first 6kl is free. I went from paying less than R1000 with RMS to paying close to R2,500 for utilities per month. They also took my email so they could send me monthly statements however I’ve never received a statement in my email. I have to contact them each month to receive my statement. Absolutely ridiculous considering that they charge extra if you do not pay all fees before the 6th.
