You will feel like you are begging for money in the streets with these ones.

I have paid these people over R20 000 in services fees but they are making me feel like a beggar, begging for information from them. I have pleaded with them for over a month now on when/ or what is the estimate of when my debt review will end. All i get from the Fikile, some person who is meant to be my "relationship manager" is "I forward it to relevant department so that you can get assistance" what ever that means. i have been paying this account for over 4 months. When i asked, she looked at the system and said she doesn't know. I have actually given up, am just paying a debt review without knowing anything about my status.

I feel disrespected. I paid them tens of thousands in fees, for them to treat me like this sh*t. I am looking at my options to cancel their services.
