Unsatisfied with Pioneer Debt solution

I am Sibongile Dlamini. I joined Pioneer debt solution in 2018 because I had a challenge with my debts. But fortunately I managed to pay all my creditors in July 2020. I then sent all paid-up letters to Pioneer on the 4th of August 2020, but I am still in the dark with regards to my status with them, August they debited my account account even though I was not owing anymore. I waited patiently for their response, but still Saturday I gave them a call and sent an email again requesting for their response but still no response regarding my question. I requested to be sent a clearance letter as I have settled all my creditors and today they are still sending statements and no attempts to respond to my request. I am extremely agitated and highly disappointed with the way they handled cases of customers who want to be removed from debt review.
