Unprofessional

Pioneer promised to pay of my debt when I aske them about how long is going to take, they said it was going to take a couple of months. That said must sign first so that they could go on with the process indeed I sign and wait for a period of 3 months. After 3 months I tried to contact them they were not taking my calls sometimes their lines put me on que until I am out of air time. However I got hold of them,then I had ask them to cancel the contract because when I checked a details statement I had to pay more than I owe, I had to pay them R900 for a period of 32 month but I was owing an amount of of not more than R10 000.
