Transfer issues

Worst experience so far, been requesting for transfer to new debt councilor without any luck. Everytime I call them I struggle to get the service i need. Last I called the gentleman I spoke to said he escalated ny issue to the transfer department and that they will get back to me. Up until now they haven't contacted me. You cant speak to the transfer department directly
