Poor service delivery

Hellopeter I am Miss I.N Buthelezi ,I'm hereby to complain about Pioneer Debts Solutions about their services. On Friday the 10th of April 2026 I went to their offices at 83 Monty Naicker , Durban. I requested a cancelation/withdrawal letter as I am not fully satisfied with their service. Mrs Thobekile Majola who was the consultant is still refusing to email my withdrawal letter. I had told her that I do not want even my debit order to go through this month, on the 15th of April 2026. I sent her multiple emails but still not yet recieved my withdrawal letter. Im very much disappointed in Pioneer Debts Solutions.
