Please remove me from debt review

Good day, I app**** for debt review in July 2019 with pioneer debt solutions. The application went well but before they could proceed with the application I asked one of the agents to put my application on hold. August 2019 Thabane Buthelezi sent me an email asking if they should proceed or cancel the application, I did not respond to the email. Late August a junior consultant called Nondumiso Buthelezi sent me an email asking if they should proceed or not with the application. I rep**** saying that please can they cancel my application. She emailed me back saying that they will cancel. To my surprise I am under debt review, I was listed on the 25 of July 2019. Now I need to apply for a home loan I can’t because of a company that has listed me under debt review while I stated on emails that my application should be canceled. I need to apply for a House there’s no way forward for me because of my credit report. Can someone please take me out of debt review because I have emails to prove what I am talking about.
