PIONEER DEBT SOLUTIONS IS A BIG ****!!!10

Hello, I have a serious matter to report for a company called PIONEER Debt Solutions. This company I heard about it on the Radio station Ukhozi FM. Therefore I have joined them in 2018 and they started tk debit my account in November 2018 until I phone them Last year 2024 to asked when I am actual going to finish my debts. Because it had 6 yrs already being paying them. Therefore they promised me in December 2024 that my debts were going to finish in Jan 2025 but it takes another 2 months until I chased them with emails and phone calls they stop in March 2025.

After I have chased them and requested a Clearance certificate, they asked me to pay again another Clearance fee of which I paid. However I found that they never paid all my debts hence they gave me Clearance certificate without clearing my name under bad debt customers.

My biggest problem and makes me mad is I have paid them more than 90% interest more than my debts consolidation amount. In SA there is no such of interest rates to the customer. I would like your assistance in that regard because I need to be cleared off my name under bad debts.
