Monthly fees and duration not disclosed

I'm under debt review and I wont lie, Pioneer helped me to reduce the money I'm paying on monthly basis but what shocked me is the money I'm being charged on monthly basis and they did not mention the amount so they knew what they were doing. Total amount im paying is R10900 and out of this amount, about R2100 goes to Pioneer and they didnt even tell me how long this will take so I guess i will pay until Jesus comes back. This is a very crucial information but they didnt share it with me.
