Listing my Name on ITC when I don even know who the are.

<p>I tried to apply for a loan from a financial institute and my application was declined. Their reason was that "PIONEER DEBT Solution" was appearing on my credit report. I was given the numbers (031) ********** and I called "PIONEER DEBT Solution". I spoke to a lady who advised that her name is Nunku and she was the superviser. I gave the lady all the details she required. The lady confirmed that they do not have anything on my name and that I was not one of their clients. I requested the lady to kindly send me a letter confirming that I am not their client and they are not helping me with any Debt Review. The lady refused and advised me that she will not send me that letter.</p> <p>My child is now put out of school because I could not obtain a loan due to "PIONEER DEBT SOLUTION" appearing on my credit report when I don't even have an idea who those people are. The lady confirmed that I am not their client and I'm not on their system. The financial institude requires the confirmation letter. All I need is a letter from them confirming that, so that I can obtain the loan and take my child back to school.</p>
