I'm still paying for debt that I had settled

I am so disappointed with the service that i'm getting from Pioneer debt solutions. The purpose of being under debt review is to able to pay off my debt and get my finances in a better state.

I had settled 3 of my accounts from March this year but when I get the statement it shows that they are getting payments. My question is who are they paying because there is no longer a debt. The lady I had been communicating with refuses to give me settlement letters that prove that these accounts have been settled. She keeps giving me excuses about how my debtors are not giving them the settlement letters. I'm sorry but that's not good enough, if she was able to get the settlement quote it should be just as easy to confirm that I no longer owe that particular debtor.
