Horroble service from Pioneer debt solution

Pioneer debts solutions is a pain in my heart never experiance this horroble service that i get in my enter life this company treated me like tresh i join them because they promote them on one of our best radio station but once you join them there's defferent service this year August i called this company to asked them the total amount i owe so that i can pay all my debts as i was having money they just send me one out of four tgen i decided to call all the companies i owe direct that was my worst mistake i made according them because after i've decided to make that decision one of their urgent when i call them asked me why did i make payments she even asked me where did i get the money to pay my debts then month end of August they debt my account okay just keep quite September i send them all the clearence letters nothing from them even a email that they recieved something from me monthend September they debt my account again(deduct) then i called them again on the 11 November i spoke to Geralden she promise to sort this thing out by the 24th of November everything will be sorted will send me clearence letter nothing till today and they owe me my money they deduct for 2months even the decence of calling me back atleast nothing. I will also take them to the radio station to expose them for this horroble service.
