Hi i app**** for debt review with paoneer debt solution in 2018 and they gave me the term of repayment and the premium on application. A day before payday they phone to give me the change premium. Which was higher and change term of repayment, I told them that I don't agree with the new term of payment. The following day their debt order went through. Of which was +R16000. I did not get any explaination where did my money went because they said the lawyers fee don't exceed R5000 but non of my creditors were payed with the balance. when I went to the office because my creditor we refusing to accept my payment. They give me a letter saying I failed to honour my agreement. I have paid off some of my creditors but I'm still paying for others but I don't have a say because they say I'm under debt review.
