Despite promising to address my concerns within a certain timeframe, they failed miserably, leaving me hanging and frustrated. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. Despite assuring me of obtaining a refund from a creditor who debited me, despite receiving timely instructions to cease all debits, Pioneer Debt Solutions consistently failed to deliver within the promised 10-working-day timeframe. Despite my persistent follow-ups, they continually reiterated that the allotted time had not yet expired. Their lack of urgency and unwillingness to rectify the situation is disheartening. Now, as the 10-working-day period has elapsed, I am once again compelled to reach out to them to inform them of the lapse, leaving me feeling both saddened and frustrated by their incompetence.
