Fed up client

I am so frustrated with this company i've trying to get help from them with my debt review cancellation but they are giving me the run around. Everytime i call they say they'll back to me but they never did i ended up trying to get a seperate company to intervine in this matter and when they called them the first time they i must write a letter and that was done and still no response from them and we tried calling them the following week and the told to resend the letter and still no response from them i am sick and tired of this company.
