A debt review application was app**** for and approved, 2 full installments went off, though they were not regular. Debt review was then suspended in which an sms was received from Pioneer Debt Solutions. We then requested a suspension letter emailed to us, in which they refused due to fees owed to them they claimed.

I have then requested a debt counselling fee breakdown that supports their claim, till to date they have not comp**** with my request.

I have also requested the company's debt counselling registration num, along with that of the consultants handling this matter, till to date nothing, and that is transparency issues.
