Disappointed and angry

I joined Pioneer Debt Solutions to help me with my debt, they would deduct from my bank account as our agreement and i got the message from them that said i need to settle a debt of R1030.00 in order for me to get me clearance certificate, i paid that money and told them i have paid they said they will send me an email, i gave them my work email address and waited, while i was still waiting, i saw another message stating that, they have referred me to Blue Oceans to settle my debt. out of confusion i called Pioneer for clarity they told me that i should just ignore that message however R820 was deducted from my account on Sunday the 28th of September 2025, when i went to the bank i was told that i cannot dispute that money. I am so confused and disappointed right now.
