DIFFICULT FINANCIAL POSIOTION BY PIONEER DEPT SOLUTIONS

I joined Poineer Debt Solutions last year they promised to pay all my debt but unfortunately they failed to do so i want them to refund all the money that they have dedacted from my bank account which is R10 200 i even wrote an email for cancellation unfortunately they did not stop dedacting the money instead they send me an sms that says they won't stop deducting my money from my bank account.

Poineer Debit Solutions failed to prevent ABSA BANK from deducting money from my bank acc as they have promised to. I am now in a situation whereby both ABSA BANK and Pioneer Dept Solutions are both taking my money from my account which leaves me in difficult Financial position. As a result of this , all my policies I had with ABSA for so many years have lapsed.

I trust that the matter bought Forward will be met with quick actions.
