Bad service, inaccurate and neglect

Good day, My name is Bongiwe Khanyile, I went to Pioneer Debt Solutions for their help in debt review on the 10 November 2023 and I filled everything then I was informed by Sinethemba Ngubane and Busisiwe Makhany too that my first installment will be deducted in December. Then on the 21 November 2023, I got an sms informing me that they will deduct R4500 on the 24 November 2023. So since I didn't understand that, I went to their offices on 23 November 2023 to get more information, because our agreement was to deduct in December. So I was told by Kwandiwe it was "an system error, if it is deducted they will automatically reverse it back to my account sometime". I should not worry, I will get my refund back. Unfortunately for me until now 01 December2023, I have not received it yet. I have send emails to this company and calling them multiple times with my airtime. I have been told different stories by Kwandiwe and other staff's. They are not paying attention to my query and this has affected me alot.

Please assist in getting my refund back.
