Zero customer service

I have submitted a complaint regarding the worms I found in the 10 kg white star maize meal on the 13th of July 2022 and received a reference number ***-07-126. I then called the number and supp**** the information they have requested including the expiry date of the maize meal, batch number, the store I purchased the maize meal from etc within a week.

I was then told someone will be in contact with me soon and to this day I have not received any call from pioneer foods. I dont even understand why I had to call them in the first place.
