Worms in Bokomo Oats

I sent an email firstly to the email address displayed on the Bokomo Oats product, and it was returned ********** I then went on the website and emailed ********** on Monday. Due to no response I then completed the contact form on your website yesterday. Please note that there are worms in your oats! My children happened to eat that nonsense not knowing, it just so happened that one of my kids saw this thing in the porridge and freaked out because she ate a bit and as we looked there was a worm in her bowl of oats. Thereafter my husband opened the box and saw all this string like things and on the side there was a worm. I also sent pictures of this box of oats to the email address mentioned. This is very frustrating that there is no response or even acknowledgement. My kids now refuse to ever eat oats again, and this was something they loved before, thanks to this horrific experience which left them nauseous. I trust that someone will address this concern as this is very disappointing as we loved the bokomo brand.
