Unhappy Customer

I I purchased a 5KG White Star maize meal at Checkers Braamfischer in Randburg, when I opened the package I found worms and some thread in the maize. What a mess and so disappointed as this ruined my plan of cooking. I need someone to attend to my query as I found it very distressing to have such in big company like pioneer foods selling expired merchandise
