They don't keep their promises, almost a year now for not receiving what is mine

On 15 January 2023 Fruitree was having a competition to enter to win and I entered and received a sms saying congratulations I won and was an physical address and contact number I done on the first of March till to date. I haven't received my prize but the other mates they received theirs more that 4th time.

And I keep asking the Admin to their Facebook page their respond was saying my complaint has escalated to the relevant one. Some respond was saying they're still busy with the product price While other competitions mates getting their prizes I told them that the money I was buying the products is my disability grant

Everytime even asking all the screenshots of the first sms that saying I'm the winner I even wrote to the email No reply even though I tell them to lodge a complaint to Hello Peter they don't respond

It’s September now I don't get what is mine what they supposed to courier my prize I even sent them my nearest PEP as some of my mates say they sent them their paxi number Ive done all my best to get my prize Their inbox is seen when I'm reminding them for my prize. They are no longer responding What next must I do to get my prize? We are in a new year now 2024 I haven't received my prize

Although I was using my disability grant to buy the product was in pro that time

Their email address is ***. Which consumer care are talking about or they were just looting my money Even their call they promised to get my prize till today not delivering it But they continuing other competitions
