Spoiled juice

I bought a spoil juice and called to let them know about and all they could say was ask me if i kept the Juice for evidence even though i had pictures to show for it.No follow up was done,especially because i stay with a 8 year old incase sge opened and drank the juice..service was really unproffesional abd bad
