Simba KFC false advertising

I bought a pack of Simba KFC chips, when eating it it just tasted like the normal Fried Chicken, nothing like the KFC taste you would expext, swnt them an email on the 7th of November 2024 since I received a call a week ago saying they will call me within 72 hrs now 21st of November 2024, no one made contact of any form.

Is this really what Simba cuatomer care is like. I think this is false advertising and they are tricking the public in buying
