Sickly service

A few months ago a bought a few boxes of pronutro at our local store, did not think anything of it other than it being one of my family's favorite cereal. During this time my daughter had diorhea and we bought the usual over the counter meds which normally works. Though she was not sick her tummy was still runny. With this we decided to give her foods without milk or any dairy and this included the pronutro which was made without milk. With doing this we realized there was a worm in the porridge. I made contact with Pioneer foods and was instructed to take the child to the doctor for the sake of being safe. A courier picked ip the porridge worm and all and that was it. Months passed and no feedback, when I sent a message on their whatsapp line they respond by giving me a voucher for the 2 boxes of cereal they picked up. I had to pay the doctor and the over the counter meds. Not even an apology or follow up. Poor service I'm sorry.
