SHOCKING SERVICE .....

Have phoned the call centre about 4 times inconnection with today puff pastry that had a pungent smell. I sent through pics. I have spoken to Maxine, daniel and Chad amongst others . Keep on making promises to resolve issue... was first promised would be resolved by end of business on FRIDAY AND then today,Nothing has happened team leader was supposed to get back to me ... i THINK the CEO, Tertius Carstens now needs to be made aware of this... such pathetic staff ... how can they employ people who make empty promises
