Serious Quality Issue with White Star Maize Meal – No Response from Pioneer Foods

I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of response from Pioneer Foods regarding a serious health and safety issue. I lodged a complaint on February 11, and to this day, I have received no feedback, no accountability, nothing.

I purchased a bag of White Star maize meal, only to find pink rocks mixed in with the product. This is beyond unacceptable! How does something like this even make it onto the shelves? This isn’t just a minor issue—it’s a serious health risk, and yet, Pioneer Foods is dragging their feet instead of taking swift action.

Consumers put their trust in this brand, and this is how we are treated? Selling contaminated food and then ignoring complaints? This is disgraceful. I demand an immediate response, a proper investigation, and answers as to how this happened and what is being done to prevent it from happening again.

Ignoring customers won’t make the problem go away, but it will make people lose trust in your brand. Do better, Pioneer Foods.
