Rotten sasko flour

I bought 12.5kg of flour from Sun Shine cash and carry beginning of this month, your flour has weaves and worms.

This has ruined my day and most importantly my daughter's day. Today is her birthday and as I was about preparing to bake her cake, I found bugs and worms in the bag. What should I do now?

I was opening the baf for the very first time.

Sasko I am so disappointed and please I want my money back so I can buy another brand ASAP.

I sent them the above complained on the 25th of May, till today they have not done done anything about it.

This group of companies don't care about their clients. Useless is an understatement

Give me back my money and I will buy another brand.
