Rotten Mealie from Pioneer Foods, bought at Pick n Pay

In the first week of Decemeber 2018 I bought my groceries at Pick n Pay, in Strubenvale (Springs). One of my grocery items was a 10kg White Star Super Maize Meal sack. In less than a month of having purchased it, it turned green. I called the customer care line for White Star Super Maize Meal, which diverted me to Pioneer Foods. They said I could throw the mealie meal away, and they would give my feedback on my complaint within 72 hours. I lodged a complaint on Monday, the 8th of January, and have been calling them for feedback and I have still not received it. I am forced to go buy a different brand mealie meal, since they are useless! The reference number for my complaint is: SG19-01-38. And the batch number for that 10kg mealie meal is ********** 91BK, Best Before 09.06.19 BI. I also took pics of what it looked like, and they don't seem to be bothered.
