Rotten customer care service

On 30th April I contacted them to share my dissatisfaction with them regarding one of their products. The 900g Weetbix box was filled with 1/4 of crumbs,maybe the reason why PnP Observatory had it on a special at R49.99. If that was the reason then I'm afraid that that information were never shared with me. On 3rd May their customer care and made contact with me and was this chap ****ey and arrogant. I wish his company would listen and that recording. A few days later I received a letter of apology and that is that.I must now be more than satisfied with their substandard product,end of story. I swear on the mother's grave that I will never again support Brand Pioneer Foods.
