Roach beans- Disgusted

The quality of the food products and the service delivery is becoming shameful. Using the customer care email is the same as throwing away money no one returns a mail even if it's an enquiry. I'm so upset and disappointed recently second time actually I've bought a bag of speckled beans to find they were full of weavels. Needless to say I went back and tried to get another bag and just threw that one out. I may never buy another pioneer product..totally disgusted and the roaches infested my entire pantry I had to throw food out . I have images because I was so grossed out. it's so sad that quality isn't an issue and service , well!? I don't know....my question is do you eat your own products how do you supply stores with such poor quality? How do you destroy someone's groceries with your soiled products in this day and age?
